The Global Teachers Institute is a teacher development network of educators, schools and organizations committed to developing high-quality teachers. We do this through school-based initial teacher education programmes, international exchanges and collaborative platforms.
The Global Teacher Institute (GTI) advocates a holistic approach, emphasizing not just instructional prowess but also personal growth, fostering environments that are inclusive, culturally responsive, and intellectually stimulating. Anchored by the GTI Teacher Competency Framework, programs prioritize actionable skills and reflective practice, cultivating educators capable of realizing pedagogical ideals.
